✓ Please bring in the original bottles of all medications and supplements that you are currently administering to your pet. (You may find it easier to take a photograph of each with your phone so that you have it on you at the time of your visit.)
✓ For the safety of your pet, as well as our other patients, please have your pet on a leash, or in a carrier, when you enter the hospital through the appropriately designated door (for cats or dogs).
PLEASE NOTE: We will call to confirm your appointment the day before your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide us with a courtesy 24 hour advanced notice.
