We make it our goal to stay on top of medical and veterinary surgical procedures. Our surgeons are highly skilled and trained in the best and latest technologies. However, we also know that it is not only about us!

Surgery is very stressful for you and your pet! It is our job to assure you that your pet is in good hands. We will do everything that we can to take good care of your pet while he or she is staying with us.

We proudly offer the following type of soft tissue surgery:

• Splenectomy – a surgical operation involving removal of the spleen
• GI obstruction – a surgical operation to remove any obstructing body, as well as any necessary treatment to address secondary effects, such as administration of IV fluids to avoid dehydration
• Limb amputation – a surgical operation that involves the removal of a limb by trauma, medical illness, or surgery
• Stenotic – a surgical operation that involves widening the nostrils by removing pieces of the nostril wall, and the prognosis is good
• Soft palate resection – a surgical operation that involves removing a wedge of tissue from the nostrils, allowing improved airflow through the nostrils
• Anal sacculectomy – a surgical operation that involves the removal of one or both of a canine’s anal glands
• Mass excisions – a surgical operation that involves the removal of a mass or tumor
• Gastropexy – a surgical operation that involves tacking the stomach to the right side of the abdominal wall, so it cannot shift or twist
